SoHo Bagels Meet Strip Volume

You want breakfast in Las Vegas and you're already at the Bellagio. Sadelle's is inside the casino, near the Conservatory. 2,607 reviews. 4.3 stars. Mid-tier prices. The room has two staircases and moves like a full-service dining floor, not a hotel grab-and-go.

The hours run 6 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM on weekends. Breakfast and brunch is the whole operation. You are not coming here for dinner. Come early on weekdays if you want the room without a crowd. Weekends run longer lines, the Strip visitor pattern makes that predictable.

Sadelle's is a New York import. The original opened in Manhattan's SoHo in 2016 as a Jewish deli and bakery concept, bagels, lox towers, smoked fish boards. The Bellagio location brought that template to the Strip. Reviewers come back for the service and the room as much as the food. The staff earns specific mentions by name. That's not a coincidence in a room doing this volume.

If you're staying at the Bellagio or walking through from the Conservatory, the access is easy. If you live in the valley and want the same menu on a Tuesday morning without weekend volume, the 6 AM open gives you a head start the tourist crowd doesn't use. Order the lox tower. Get there before noon on a weekday. That's the playbook.

The weekday open at 6 AM is earlier than most Strip breakfast rooms, show up Tuesday through Friday before 9 and the room runs at a different pace than what the weekend crowd sees.

What earns the 7.4

01
New York template holds up

The SoHo bagel and lox format transferred to the Strip without dilution, per the signature lineup of lox tower, smoked fish boards, and eggs Benedict.

02
Room built for volume

Two staircases and full table service signal a floor designed to handle Bellagio foot traffic without collapsing into a grab-and-go counter.

03
Weekday morning is the edge

The 6 AM weekday open gives valley regulars a way around the weekend line pattern that the Strip visitor schedule otherwise guarantees.

How we score

The Insider Score is our own 10-point editorial rating, set by the writer who covers the room. It is never an average of other sites’ stars, and it is never for sale. It weighs three things:

01Track record

How highly a kitchen rates, across how many diners, over how long.

02Consistency

Whether recent diners still agree with the long-term verdict.

03Distinction

What the kitchen does that its category does not.

Sadelle's earns a 7.4, great on our scale for Breakfast & Brunch in Las Vegas.
