Las Vegas has a sandwich problem, and it is not a shortage. It is the noise. Every resort corridor has a grab-and-go counter slapping together something called a club, and most of them charge Strip rent for Strip mediocrity. This list ignores all of that. Every spot here is somewhere a local actually goes back to, not because it is convenient to a casino floor, but because the food earns the trip.
We ranked these eight spots using our Insider Score, which weighs repeat-visitor loyalty, dish-specific execution, and neighborhood value rather than tourist foot traffic or name recognition. Spring Valley, Henderson, Enterprise, Paradise, and the northwest valley are all on here. The Strip is not. That is the point.

Cheba Hut Toasted Subs
7.9Excellent
$$
2550 S Rainbow Blvd · (702) 685-0692

Cheba Hut does not try to be anything other than what it is: a toasted sub shop built around a specific kind of appetite and a very specific crowd. The Kali Mist and The White Widow hold the menu together, but The Chronic is the one regulars order without looking up. Bring friends, expect volume, and do not overthink it.
What to ordertoasted subs, brownies, rice krispy treats
№ 02
TUPS Sandwiches
7.8Excellent
$$
2381 E Windmill Ln · (702) 955-9888
Photo via
TUPS builds its Italian sub around house-made mozzarella, which immediately separates it from every deli pulling pre-sliced product off a Sysco truck. The Prosciutto and Fig Panini reads like a risk but eats like a decision someone thought through carefully. Finish with the pistachio gelato and you will understand why Enterprise locals are protective of this place.

№ 03
Cubanidad
7.6Excellent
$$
3585 S Fort Apache Rd · (702) 846-5312
Photo via
The Cubano at Cubanidad is the reason to go, full stop. Pressed correctly, with the right balance of roast pork and pickles and mustard, it is one of the more honest sandwiches in the valley. The ropa vieja and beef empanadas fill out a meal if you are feeding a table, but the Cubano is the order.

Nom Pang Sandwiches & More
8.1Excellent
$$
4275 N Rancho Dr
Las Vegas, NV, 89130 · (702) 268-8288
Photo via
Nom Pang is doing something specific in the northwest valley that no one else is doing at this address: Cambodian-Vietnamese num pang sandwiches alongside babow rice porridge and bubble tea, all under one roof. The num pang itself is the draw, built on a baguette with pickled vegetables and proteins that shift the whole register away from anything you would call a standard sub. If you are in that part of the valley and skipping this, you are skipping the most interesting sandwich on this list.

Cugino's Italian Deli & Pizzeria
7.3Great
Paradise $$
4550 S Maryland Pkwy 20
Las Vegas, NV, 89119 · (702) 895-7561
Photo via
Cugino's in Paradise has a New York-style pizza reputation that overshadows its sub and calzone program, which is a shame because the subs hold up on their own terms. The pasta and calzones make it easy to turn a sandwich run into a full Italian-deli afternoon. It lands on this list because the subs are consistent and the room does not ask you to perform enthusiasm to justify being there.

Golden Boy Market & Deli
8.1Excellent
Henderson $$
10960 S Eastern Ave
Henderson, NV, 89052 · (725) 735-7288
Photo via
Golden Boy in Henderson runs an actual working deli counter, which matters more than it sounds in a neighborhood where most lunch options are fast-casual chains. The pastrami sandwich is the reason regulars come back, and the Italian sub and turkey club are there when you want something straightforward done without shortcuts. If you live east of the 515, this is your deli.

The Sandwich Spot
7.9Excellent
Henderson $$
2601 Windmill Pkwy · (702) 551-0960
Photo via
The Sandwich Spot keeps Henderson lunch moving without the wait that plagues busier spots during the noon hour. The Italian sub is the anchor of the menu, reliable enough that regulars stop reading past it. Turkey club and BLT round out a short, focused lineup that does not try to be more than a good weekday sandwich.

Le Petit Prince
7.5Excellent
Henderson $$
80 N Pecos Rd
Henderson, NV, 89074 · (702) 910-6748

Le Petit Prince is the only spot on this list where you can order a French sandwich alongside savory crepes and not feel like someone is doing a theme. Le poulet a la moutarde is the signature, a chicken preparation with mustard that earns its place on a sandwich without apology. Henderson has nothing else like it at this price point, and you do not need to drive to the Strip to find out.
What to ordercrêpes, le poulet à la moutarde, crêpes with Sauternes

The data first, then the verdict
We start with the review record, not a press release. Every room here is a real kitchen with a strong rating across a meaningful number of reviews, ranked on our 10-point Insider Score. We weight consistency over time and the rooms locals return to, not the ones tourists pass through once. The list updates as the data does. How we work →
